Size the vehicle to the group, not the booking
The most common mistake in group transport is booking the vehicle that exactly matches the headcount. It leaves nowhere for luggage, no spare seat when someone brings a partner, and no comfort on a long leg. The next size up is usually a small price difference and a much better day.
