Using this site
You may view, download and print material from this site for your own business purposes. You may not republish it, sell it, or present it as your own. You must not use this site in a way that interferes with its operation, attempts to gain unauthorised access, or breaches any law.
Information on this site
We keep the information here accurate and current, but service descriptions, fleet details and capacity are general in nature and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing here forms part of a contract between us unless it is repeated in a written quote.
Quotes and bookings
- Prices quoted are based on the information you give us. If the actual weight, dimensions, access or timing differ, the price may change.
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it. Where no period is stated, 30 days.
- A booking is confirmed when we accept it in writing, not when a form is submitted.
- Deposit, payment and cancellation terms are as stated in your written quote.
Carriage of goods
Freight we carry is subject to our conditions of carriage, which are provided with your quote. In summary: you must accurately describe the goods, declare dangerous goods before collection, and ensure the goods are packed adequately for road transport. We are not a common carrier and reserve the right to refuse any consignment.
Insurance
We hold the insurances required to operate as a transport business in Queensland. Carrier's liability is limited as set out in the conditions of carriage. Carrier's liability is not the same as goods-in-transit insurance. If you need your goods insured for their full value, arrange marine or transit cover, or ask us before the job and we will tell you what we can and cannot cover.

This site links to our sister companies and to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Intellectual property
The text, images, layout and code on this site are owned by or licensed to Waggie Group. Our business names and logos, and those of our subsidiaries, are our property.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, and our liability for any claim relating to this website is limited to re-supplying the relevant information.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
